Website Content
- Affordable Cases does not warrant that the price, weight, or other product information shown on the web page is correct.
- In the event that information on the website does not correlate with our internal information Affordable Cases will notify the affected parties.
- Affordable Cases reserves the right to notify customers of incorrect shipping charges calculated via the online store due to UPS error. Customers so notified have the option to refuse purchase of the item(s).
Terms of Sale
- Invoices are due and payable in accordance with the terms listed on the front of the invoice.
- All sales are final unless purchaser notifies us within 3 days of a material defect in the merchandise.
Buyer assumes full responsibility that the purchased merchandise described on the invoice meets the specifications, capacity, capabilities, versatility, and other parameters required to perform as desired by buyer.
Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final, however, if Affordable Cases accepts returned merchandise a restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) will be charged to the buyer .
- Returns and Refunds will not be honored after 3 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns are subject to verification by Affordable Cases prior to any exchange. Defective merchandise will be replaced.
- You can place a support request from your account information page
by clicking the Request Support link next to the item in question. You may also call us at 734-761-1698 to request support over the phone.
- Returns without prior authorization will be refused. An RMA number must accompany all returned merchandise for warranty work, return or refund. Support will issue you an RMA if your problem requires it. All returns must be in the original box with packing.
- RMA numbers assigned to buyer have a 10 day limit to be received by Affordable Cases, after which the RMA is void.
Limited Warranty
- All damaged products must be reported within 3 calendar days from receipt. Affordable Cases will not be responsible after this 3 day window expires. Our policy is to issue a damage call tag. Once the product has been received, we will issue the replacement case. Please understand that Affordable Cases is not responsible for damage by the carrier. We will make every effort to get you your product in a timely manner, but we cannot incur the cost of expedited shipping under any circumstances. The product will be reshipped under the same method as originally ordered. If you desire expedited shipping, you will have to pay for it.
- All warranties are non-transferrable.
- All implied warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded.
